MDL has a reliable mechanism for Outsourcing of activities in the form of clearly laid down and transparent purchase procedures with active support of established contractors. However, MDL expects to further expand & establish large vendor base. The training to their personnel would be arranged suitably through special training programmes, particularly on safety aspects, etc.
