Monthly remuneration received by each of the Officers and Employees including the system of compensation :
The system of compensation and the monthly remuneration received by the officers is as per the Government guidelines issued by the respective Central Government Pay Commissions dealing with Officers who draw Central Government pattern of DA, and officers who are serving in PSUs and draw the Industrial DA. Similarly, the compensation provided to the employees by the Management is as per the wage settlement negotiated with the registered/recognized unions in the Company and as approved by the Board of Directors and the Government of India.
